Return and Refund Policy
Introduction
This Return and Refund Policy explains the procedures and rights regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. Statutory consumer rights remain applicable for items that are faulty, damaged, or misdescribed. All returns and refunds are subject to the Terms of Service.
Return & Exchange Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this period cannot be processed.
Return & Exchange Conditions
Items must be in original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging included. Products that are worn, altered, damaged, washed, or customised are not eligible for return. Items showing signs of use beyond an initial inspection are considered non-returnable.
Requesting a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, contact support@malvori.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, item details, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Returns submitted without prior approval will be refused.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact support@malvori.com and provide:
- Order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item
The store will provide either a replacement or a full refund in line with consumer rights.
Refunds
Approval or rejection of refunds is communicated after inspection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 days of approval, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Exchanges
Approved exchanges will include instructions for returning the original item. Replacement items are shipped once the returned item is received and approved. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Return Shipping
Return instructions and the address are provided after approval. The store covers shipping costs for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, customers are responsible for shipping. No restocking fees are applied.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled by contacting support@malvori.com before processing. Once processed, cancellations are not possible, and returns must follow the steps outlined above.
Abuse & Fraud Prevention
The store reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges if abuse, repeated misuse, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
